Konstantin Kulgin Head of the Project Management Center of JSC VNIIZhT spoke at the meeting . Konstantin told his colleagues how and on what the justification for the implementation of project management in their company was based what factor was decisive in the management's decision-making and what results were achieved with the introduction of the project approach.
Maxim Dyachuk Deputy Sales Director of ADVANTA Group highlighted in his speech the topic of monitoring the implementation of a portfolio of import substitution projects.
